At Perfume Depot we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Unopened Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unopened and unused
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Opened Products
For opened or used products we offer store credit at our discretion. If you are unhappy with your fragrance oil after opening please contact us at perfumedepot25@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
